Hatha Yoga is the basic type of yoga in which we hold asanas, to strengthen the muscles and experience a mind body connection. In these classes we practice body postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation.
We offer a variety of classes, they are open level, flowy, and unique depending on the attendees’ energy and instructor.
