Yin Yoga

A turtle-paced yoga style, in which one goes deep and stretches the connective tissue, by holding well-aligned basic poses anywhere from 3 minutes up to around 20 minutes.

Practicing postures in stillness promotes the cultivation of the inner life, one will be able to observe his/her inner-self more clearly, everything will be magnified. It’s completely normal to struggle being still at the beginning but once you “drop in” and become motionless, you’ll be able to watch the inner play of your mind as an observer without interfering nor analyzing; there you’ll experience the feeling of release and relief.
